1. About BetLinkia
BetLinkia is a B2B affiliate network that connects betting and iGaming operators with affiliates. BetLinkia does not accept bets, does not operate games and does not hold player funds.
2. Accounts
Accounts for affiliates and operators are subject to approval. You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date and keep your credentials confidential. We may request additional information or documents before approving an account or a payment.
3. Acceptable traffic
Affiliates must promote campaigns only through the traffic sources allowed by each campaign and in compliance with the laws of each market. Fraudulent, incentivised (unless allowed) or misleading traffic is prohibited and may lead to rejected commissions and account suspension.
4. Commissions
The conditions applicable to each affiliate are shown in the account before promotion. Commissions are calculated from the data reported by operators and recorded with the rule applied at that time. Duplicate or invalid events do not generate commissions.
5. Payments
Payments are made with the methods enabled in the account, subject to minimum amounts, verification and the approval of earnings. Any correction is recorded as an adjustment or reversal.
6. Responsible gambling
Promotions must target adults only and must never encourage irresponsible gambling. Affiliates must respect the age limits and advertising rules of each market.
7. Suspension and termination
BetLinkia may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, the conditions of a campaign or the applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance through the platform or by email.
