2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, country, contacts such as WhatsApp or Telegram), professional information (sites, social profiles, traffic sources, markets), security data (sign-in records, two-factor settings) and messages you send us.
3. Why we use it
To create and review accounts, run the affiliate programme, calculate and pay commissions, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and reply to your requests.
4. Tracking data
Tracking links record technical data about clicks. IP addresses are kept only for a limited period and then anonymised. We do not place personal data in tracking URLs.
5. Sharing
Operators see affiliate performance by an internal ID, not the personal data of affiliates. We use service providers (hosting, email) bound by confidentiality obligations.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and a functional cookie to remember a partner invitation code. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and afterwards for the periods required by law, in particular for financial and audit records.
